Dear Echo Pointe Residents,

After the recent survey attached to your annual dues letter, replacing/updating the lamp posts in the front entrance came second as the most important project to tackle (landscaping first).

I've found a company that makes replacement lamp post globes that fit our existing lamp post. Replacing the globes fits within our budget. Replacing the posts does not.

If you drive by the Fox Road entrance, you will see one of the 'acorn' style replacement installed on the east end of the median. Please let me know what you think about replacing the rest of the globes with this design. There is one more design that is available put has not arrived yet. It's similar except is a bit smaller in height. Attached are some photos of the acorn model and the 'macho' model.

Once we settle on a design, we can have a work day to refinish the lamp post themselves. I don't believe this will take more that 2-3 hours since we can use my paint sprayer to apply the paint. Keep an eye out for my next email.
